Refund policy :

Refunds will be given at the discretion of Bluebanana.

 

For refunds on cancellation:-

  1. Full refund for cancellation at least 7 days prior to the check-in date.

  2. 50% refund on booking value for cancellation within 4-6 days prior to the check in date.

  3. Non-refundable for cancellation within 3 days prior to the check-in date.

 

Should a refund be approved, the balance sum shall be returned to the original payor. He/She shall issue an E-mail related to the refund, consisting the following details:

  • Name

  • Booking number

  • Contact Number

  • Bank Name

  • Account Number

  • Swift Code (if any).
